COLOR SELECT

Use this utility to help you pick colors while designing web pages or other GUIs.

Use the sliders to set the desired Red, Green, and Blue components of your color.   The resulting hex and decimal values for the color are displayed.   Set the Web Safe checkbox to limit the selection to the 216 colors that will display accurately on all web browsers.   NOTE - depending on the program you use, hex values may be represented in RGB or BGR order.   I'll add a second display to indicate that.
