FACE ART

This program takes a photo (currently hard-coded, but intended to be taken live), divides it vertically down the center, and mirrors one half or the other for novel effect.   The half to use is selectable, as are the horizontal placement and rotation of the half.  

The controls aren't on the screen, but the operational ones are:

CTRL + F9   - Turns Demo on or off
CTRL + F12 - Quits program
